Iron Bears (like all Ravn Clay mugs) are hand-built and individual. The surface impressions between pieces will vary; the location, number and placing of each hand-applied nut and bolt will be different for each mug. These are unique, arresting mugs for anyone who likes the mechanical or the steampunk - cyclists, engineers, anyone really. 
 
They come without a footring, but have an impressed base and maker's mark. Glazed in the rusty blue, they have a rusty, metallic and oddly organic feel. A tactile treat for a brew of a different class. 
 
The Mummy is the sensible one of the adults - an all-rounder, reliable and sturdy. In the family photo she is second from the left.
